Terms & Conditions
  1. All calls will be billed by the minute.
  2. Your cell number must not be blocked in order to use Cell Time.
  3. Customer billing will start when the called party connects and ends when the customer hangs up.
  4. Customers can use their Cell time minutes, 24 ours a day, 7 days a week.
  5. I understand how to maximize my cost efficiency with my current service provider and Cell Time.
  6. Customers will receive a monthly statement to the email address indicated on the customer contract. Customers must contact their Cell Time representative or the Customer Service department to make email address changes.
  7. I understand that all payments are in advance of the selected monthly package I will receive from Cell Time.
  8. All NSF payments will result in a $20.00 automatic service charge to the customer account on the customer contract.
  9. Cell Time will notify all customers when they reach 90% of the contracted Cell Time minutes package. Customers will be prompted to upgrade their minutes package. If a customer does not upgrade their package and exceeds their contracted minutes package, Cell Time retains the right to block service until the beginning of the next billing cycle.
  10. Cell Time will contact customers that continually use less than 60% of their contracted minutes. customers will be promoted to change to a lower plan.
  11. I understand that in order to cancel my service with Cell time, I must contact my Cel Time Representative or the Cell Time customer service department minimum 7 days prior to the next billing cycle. Cell Time will continue customer service up to the customer specified billing cycle. Cell time service will then be disconnected.
  12. I understand that Cell Time will not issue any refunds upon cancellation of service.
  13. I authorize Cell Time to automatically debit my account each month for my contracted Cell Time minutes.
  14. Cell Time may limit, suspend or end customer service at any time without notice.

Delivery of Service
When a new customer initially signs up with Cell Time their account will be activated within 24 business hours of sign up. The customer will be notified via email or phone call to let them know they have been activated.


Refund Policy
A new customer may call or email Cell Time and cancel their service within 7 days of their initial sign up date and receive a pro-rated refund for the remainder of the month that they have paid for.

If a customer wishes to cancel his/her service with Cell Time after the initial 7 days from sign up, they must call or email Cell Time prior to the 48 hours of their next bill date. The customer will not be billed on their next bill date and be removed from the Cell Time service.

If a customer cancels their Cell Time plan after the 48 hours prior to their next bill date, the customer will not receive a refund for their next/current month of service. The customer will still have their Cell Time service until their next billing date, at this time the customer will not be billed and also removed from the Cell Time service.
